Reflection
On the initial day of summer accademy, there was an introduction to STEM including some of what is expected, how STEM would help in grade point average, etc. as well as an overview of the scientific methode and Enginnering process. The closing included some group activities purly for social interation and introduction to peers. On the secound day, there was a scavenger hunt which included STEM related questions as well as the communion among multipule grade levels followed by a STEMinar by Dr. Tatum in which he detailed elements of his job, but primarily focuses on the process and product that the company he works for aids in producing.
Responsibilities
Similarly to last year, it is expected that a STEM student attentivly participates in classes each day, and as such, maintains an A-B average. ISS and OSS would lead to the expeling of a student from the STEM program and any honors societies. Plagarism is prohibited in the STEM program and it is expected you respect other students, teachers, staff, etc. and their work.
